The Best Eats in Emilia Romagna by Frommers.com Staff The birthplace of tortellini, balsamic vinegar, and Parmigiano Reggiano has long been a culinary star. There are museums dedicated to cuisine, and with a little planning, you can see cheese, salumi, and pasta all being made as they've been for generations -- and eat them, too. feedproxy.google.com/~r/frommers/deals/~3/VJ-QDQ3Fa8E/
